Project for reconstruction and renovation of 4th floors Hotel in Vlora, Albania.

The hotel was build 25 years ago. Has a total area of 570 sq.m., situated on a 4000 sq.m. (0.4 hectare) plot. It includes 20 guest rooms and offers a direct view of the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel is located on a terraced (hilly) site. There are entrances 50 5 rooms on the ground floor from front facade and separate entrances 70 7 rooms on the first floor from mountain side. Additionally there are 4 rooms on the second floor and 4 rooms on the third floor.

Room sizes range from 13 sq.m. to 27,5 sq.m. Each room includes a private bathroom with shower, table, wardrobe dresser, TV and double bed. 16 rooms have private balconies with sea views. The hotel grounds feature a swimming pool, a cafe-bar, separate building housing e restaurant and parking area.

The facade of the hotel is clad in travertine and the balconies are separated by vertical wooden slats. The rooms feature panoramic glazing. The color palette includes beige, gray and brown tones.
