The main feature of this house is its panoramic windows overlooking an open patio with a fire pit and garden. The interior walls are finished with decorative plaster.

Hidden doors with a height of 2.4 meters are veneered with natural wood. The house consists of two sections separated by roofs of different levels. The first section, with a ceiling height of 3.5 meters, accommodates the kitchen and living area. The second section, with ceilings of 4.2 meters, contains two bedrooms, each with its own walk-in closet and bathroom.

The facade is finished with walnut-colored wooden planks, greenish-gray porcelain stoneware, and gray decorative facade plaster.

A spacious open patio of 25 m² with a fire pit and a small garden is located at the center of the house. The total land area is 800 m², with a parking space located near the entrance gate.

The house was originally designed to be compact yet highly functional, ideal for a family of two.
