Design project development and renovation of a 1+1 apartment (50 sq.m.) with a sea view in Durrës, Albania.
The concept focuses on bright colors, as the apartment is located on the sunny side. A minor layout modification was made to improve the overall functionality of the spaces. As a result, a large and spacious wardrobe was added in the bedroom, the living room area was expanded to accommodate a large dining table and a dedicated workspace.
The doorway from the hallway to the living room was widened to enhance natural light. Panoramic swing windows were installed.
The bathroom was completely redesigned in brighter tones. The original gypsum molding on the ceiling and walls, provided by the developer, was preserved.
